Dr. Paula Hicks, M.D. Medical Director 
Paula A. Hicks, M.D. received her training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.  She is board certified in Ophthalmology and holds active medical licenses in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.  Dr. Hicks has been practicing facial aesthetics for many years and devotes much of her continuing medical education to cutting edge technology.  Dr. Hicks is a very caring physician who is very excited to bring state of the art skin rejuvenation technology to her patients in a beautiful spa setting.

Deb Hoesing, RN, BSN
Deb Hoesing graduated from Mount Marty College in Yankton S.D. with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.  Prior to opening Avé Medical Laser Spa with Dr. Paula Hicks, Deb worked in women’s health for 28 years.  During her years working with women she understood the importance of well being in all aspects of life, spiritually, mentally as well as physically.  To look great is to feel great.  Deb has always had an interest in aesthetics and skin care.  It is as important for men as well as for women to look and feel their best.  Deb’s interest, research and enthusiasm for the aesthetic field led her to open Avé  Medical Laser Spa with Dr. Paula Hicks.  An invitation is extended to you to come tour the beautiful facility for a free skin consultation, education and to learn how to look your best.
